Welcome in Gasthof Post. Member oft he Nationalpark Hohe Tauern Sommer and Winter Card.

Gasthof Post is a Non-Smoking Hotel. However, you can enjoy smoking on the terrace or in our garden.

We welcome you to the historic and one of the most traditional houses in Mittersill and also in the Upper Pinzgau.

Since the 13th century, guests were accommodated in our house. In the imperial and royal periods, the Gasthaus Post served as an imperial post office and as an overnight place for archiepiscopal couriers and other high dignitaries.

Gasthof Post is an excellent choice for travellers who want to get to know Mittersill and Ober Pinzgau. In summer and winter there are many activities in and around Mittersill.

Summer:

Summer is ideal for hiking and exploring the surrounding area. You can also sit in our beer garden and on the terrace.

Winter:

Winter is for skiing, tobogganing and more.

Your beloved four-legged friend is very welcome! € 8,00 per dog and day.

For hygienic reasons, we do not allow dogs in all rooms. You can therefore not book through a bookings program but only directly via an application of our website.

The individually furnished rooms offer free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are non-smoking.

Here with us, you can enjoy your break – just one night or in a multi-day holiday. We offer our comfortable rooms with breakfast or on request also with half board.
